Vendors must sign up before April 22nd, 2023 to be guaranteed a spot at the event. Vendors can start to set up at 9:00 am and will be assigned spots prior to the event. Please state in your application if you have any special requirements for your location at the event (example you may be handicapped and need easy access to Route 11.)
Donations For The Big Band Bash Festival
We are hosting the greatest musical battle in the Shenandoah Valley. We need your help so we can provide a quality experience for everyone and so we can award the winning band adequately.
Donors must sign up before April 22nd, 2023 to be guaranteed a spot on the brochure, fliers, and newspaper. All donations are tax deductible for tax year 2023.

Sponsorship announced at the festival three times, fliers, three social media posts, festival brochure.
Movie Star $500
Sponsorship announced at the festival four times, fliers, four social media posts, festival brochure.
Super Star $1,000 Sponsorship announced at the festival five times, fliers, five social media posts, festival brochure.
